While working at Fenway Park today in Boston, I got the opportunity to go behind the Green Monster (supposedly, according to Boston.com, it’s the hardest spot to get to in the city).  Enjoyed the day!

Chicagoland

Working from Chicagoland Speedway today.  Oh, it’s bright out here!

This is an image for TECGEN Extreme, a maker of fabrics for fire, electric and chemical applications.  The firefighters were shot in Texas, the scene is on Elizabeth Avenue in Charlotte, and the water, the wet ground and fire are all CGI created.

Peter just finished the creation of three CGI animation videos for MetaRisk Insurance.  For the turtle animation we took video of a beautiful little red-eared slider and motion-tracked the box to the video.

A tanka for me

My friend Horace Bush wrote a tanka about me.  A tanka is a Japanese poem consisting of five lines, the first and third of which have five syllables and the other seven, making 31 syllables in all and giving a complete picture of an event or mood.
